Ms. MURKOWSKI submitted an amendment intended to be proposed to amendment SA 4420 proposed by Mr. Thune (for Mr. Schmitt) to the bill S. 1383, to establish the Veterans Advisory Committee on Equal Access, and for other purposes; which was ordered to lie on the table; as follows: On page 6, line 13, insert ``This subsection and any other provision of this Act relating to the requirement to provide documentary proof of United States citizenship shall not apply with respect to an individual born before December 31, 1960.'' after ``application.''. ______
