WILLARD ``WILL'' HOFFMAN ______ HON. GUS M. BILIRAKIS of florida in the house of representatives Thursday, March 26, 2026 Mr. BILIRAKIS. Mr. Speaker, I rise today to recognize one of my outstanding constituents, Mr. Willard ``Will'' Hoffman, a dedicated volunteer whose skill, energy, and generosity keep the Free Senior Health Clinic running smoothly and bring joy to countless members of our community. Will is the clinic's ``Mr. Fix-It,'' tackling every repair and maintenance need--from fixing faucets and toilets, to cleaning floors and bathrooms, painting, and organizing--always with reliability and good cheer. He also meticulously manages all storage areas, ensuring the clinic operates efficiently and effectively. Beyond his hands-on work, Will dedicates his Mondays to calling bingo for Star One participants with disabilities, delighting them with prizes and bringing smiles to their faces week after week. For his unwavering dedication, practical skill, and meaningful impact on the lives of patients and volunteers alike, I am proud to recognize Mr. Hoffman as a 2026 Hero Among Us. I ask my colleagues to join me in honoring his selfless service, tireless work ethic, and the lasting difference he makes every day at the clinic and in our community. ____________________
