Ms. ALSOBROOKS submitted an amendment intended to be proposed by her to the bill S. 1383, to establish the Veterans Advisory Committee on Equal Access, and for other purposes; which was ordered to lie on the table; as follows: At the appropriate place, insert the following: SEC. __. EFFECTIVE DATE. Notwithstanding any other provision of this Act, the provisions of and amendments made by this Act shall not apply before the date on which there has been enacted a law which extends the provisions of subsections (b)(3)(A)(iii) and (c)(1)(E) of section 36B of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 have been extended to taxable years beginning after December 31, 2025. ______
