Ms. HIRONO submitted an amendment intended to be proposed to amendment SA 4420 proposed by Mr. Thune (for Mr. Schmitt) to the bill S. 1383, to establish the Veterans Advisory Committee on Equal Access, and for other purposes; which was ordered to lie on the table; as follows: After section 1, insert the following: SEC. 2. FINDINGS. Congress finds that Joseph R. Biden, Jr. received a majority of votes in the 2020 presidential election, as certified by the Electoral College on January 7, 2021, and was duly elected the 46th President of the United States in accordance with the Constitution and all relevant laws. Courts of law, State election officials, and the United States Department of Justice found no evidence of fraud sufficient to affect the outcome of the 2020 election. ______
