Congressional Record, Volume 172 Issue 57 (Thursday, March 26, 2026) [Congressional Record Volume 172, Number 57 (Thursday, March 26, 2026)] [Senate] [Page S1678] From the Congressional Record Online through the Government Publishing Office [ www.gpo.gov ] SA 4789. Mr. SCHMITT submitted an amendment intended to be proposed to amendment SA 4775 submitted by Ms. Collins and intended to be proposed to the bill H.R. 7147, making further consolidated appropriations for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2026, and for other purposes; which was ordered to lie on the table; as follows: In lieu of the matter proposed to be inserted, insert the following: Repeal of Senate Notification Requirements Relating to Legal Process on Disclosures of Senate Data Sec. 554. Section 213 of title II of division C of the Continuing Appropriations, Agriculture, Legislative Branch, Military Construction and Veterans Affairs, and Extensions Act, 2026, and the amendments made by such section, are hereby repealed and shall have no force or effect. This division may be cited as the ``Department of Homeland Security Appropriations Act, 2026''. ______
