TARIFF RELIEF FOR SMALL BUSINESS CONCERNS. The unobligated balances of amounts appropriated under section 100052 of the Act entitled ``An Act to provide for reconciliation pursuant to title II of H. Con. Res. 14'', approved July 4, 2025 (Public Law 119-21; 139 Stat. 387) (commonly known as the ``One Big Beautiful Bill Act'') shall be transferred to the Administrator of the Small Business Administration and shall be available to the Administrator to provide assistance to small business concerns (as defined under section 3 of the Small Business Act (15 U.S.C. 632)) that have been impacted by tariffs imposed by the Federal Government. ______
