<span>Fund Homeland Security</span> <div class="evo-article__body"><p><span>On Thursday, a terrorist, who immigrated from Sierra Leone and had previously been jailed for conspiring with ISIS, walked into an ROTC classroom at Old Dominion University and shot the professor, who was a decorated war veteran.
