PROHIBITION ON ELECTION OFFICIALS CHANGING POLLING LOCATIONS WITHIN 90 DAYS OF AN ELECTION OTHER THAN IN THE CASE OF AN EMERGENCY. Notwithstanding any other provision of law, in no case may an election official change a polling location within 90 days of an election for Federal office other than in the case of an emergency. ______
