Mr. WARNOCK submitted an amendment intended to be proposed by him to the bill S. 1383, to establish the Veterans Advisory Committee on Equal Access, and for other purposes; which was ordered to lie on the table; as follows: At the appropriate place, insert the following: SEC. __. AVAILABILITY OF CERTAIN APPROPRIATIONS TO SUPPLEMENT BASIC ALLOWANCE FOR HOUSING FOR MEMBERS OF THE ARMED FORCES. Of the unobligated balances of amounts appropriated for U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement under section 100052 of the Act entitled ``An Act to provide for reconciliation pursuant to title II of H. Con. Res. 14'' (Public Law 119-21; 139 Stat. 387) (commonly known as the ``One Big Beautiful Bill Act''), $2,900,000,000 shall be transferred to the Secretary of Defense and be available to supplement the basic allowance for housing payable to members of the Army, Air Force, Navy, Marine Corps, and Space Force under section 403 of title 37, United States Code. ______
