SCOTT PERRY of pennsylvania in the house of representatives Thursday, March 26, 2026 Mr. PERRY. Mr. Speaker, I rise today to recognize Senior Master Sergeant William Corl upon the auspicious occasion of his retirement after more than 37 years of service to our Nation in the Pennsylvania Air National Guard. Senior Master Sergeant Corl enlisted in the Air National Guard on February 15, 1990, with the 193rd Special Operations Wing. For the first 26 years of his exemplary career, he served as a Section Chief with the 193rd Communications Squadron, wherein he monitored technical and administrative operations to guarantee communications readiness for the EC-130J mission. While Section Chief, he assisted in mentoring his fellow Airmen, managing cyber and communications equipment, ensuring cyber network security, and supporting secure communications for special operations. After his service with the Communications Squadron, Senior Master Sergeant Corl became a Flight Chief with the 211th Engineering Installation Squadron, wherein he led personnel in engineering, installing, and relocating critical communication-electronics systems to support U.S. Central Command deployments and missions, and strengthened technical compliance, quality control, and operational readiness of communications systems--both duty positions in support of Operation Enduring Freedom. Mr. Speaker, I am honored to recognize Senior Master Sergeant William Corl upon his [[Page E275]] retirement from the Pennsylvania Air National Guard and on a job extremely well done. His dedicated service to his fellow Airmen, our communities, the Pennsylvania Air National Guard, the United States Air Force, and our United States of America set the standard by which all should be judged. ____________________
