Mr. GALLEGO submitted an amendment intended to be proposed by him to the bill S. 1383, to establish the Veterans Advisory Committee on Equal Access, and for other purposes; which was ordered to lie on the table; as follows: At the end of the bill, add the following: SEC. 4. SENSE OF CONGRESS. It is the sense of Congress that former Minneapolis residents Alex Jeffrey Pretti and Renee Nicole Good, who were both killed by Federal immigration enforcement officers in January 2026 during Operation Metro Surge, were not domestic terrorists. ______
