Before joining Congress, McClain Delaney – a communications attorney by trade – served as the Deputy Assistant Secretary at the Department of Commerce’s National Telecommunications and Information Administration (NTIA), where she led initiatives to improve U.S. competitiveness, expand broadband access, and advise the White House on tech and communications policy.
