SENSE OF THE SENATE RECOGNIZING THAT JOSEPH R. BIDEN WON THE 2020 PRESIDENTIAL ELECTION. It is the sense of the Senate that-- (1) Joseph R. Biden won the 2020 presidential election; and (2) the 2020 presidential election was safe and secure. ______
