<span>Inauguration Ticket Request</span> <span><span>Kevin.Althaus@…</span></span> <span><time datetime="2024-11-19T13:43:36-05:00" title="Tuesday, November 19, 2024 - 13:43">Tue, 11/19/2024 - 13:43</time> </span> <div class="evo-page__body"><h2>The 60th Presidential Inauguration</h2><p>The 60th Presidential Inauguration will be held on Monday, January 20, 2025 in Washington, D.C. The ceremony will be held on the west front of the U.S. Capitol. The Joint Congressional Committee on Inaugural Ceremonies (JCCIC) is responsible for planning and carrying out the ceremony. For more general information about the day’s activities and inaugural history, please visit <a href="https://inaugural.senate.gov" target="_blank">inaugural.senate.gov</a>.</p><p>The Presidential Inaugural Committee organizes the Inaugural Parade, and groups interested in participating will find information and may apply at <a href="https://inauguralparade.smapply.net" target="_blank">https://inauguralparade.smapply.net</a>.</p><p>Each member of Congress will receive a limited allotment of tickets to share with guests. The office of Congresswoman Robin Kelly will disburse our allotment of tickets to constituents through a lottery based on requests received. Only constituents of Illinois’ 2nd Congressional District may request tickets.</p><p>You can find your U.S. Representative by visiting <a href="https://house.gov/representatives/find-your-representative" target="_blank">house.gov/representatives/find-your-representative</a>.</p><h2>Please read the information below before submitting a request:</h2><ul><li>Tickets are limited and not guaranteed.</li><li>All requests must be submitted by December 13th, 2024.</li><li>Inauguration tickets requested through this portal are reserved for the constituents of the 2nd District of Illinois.</li><li>Tickets must be picked up in Washington, D.C. prior to Inauguration Day. Tickets will not be mailed.</li><li>Recipients must provide identification showing they are residents of the 2nd District of Illinois.</li></ul><p>To request to join Congresswoman Kelly’s lottery, please complete the form below in its entirety. <strong>PLEASE ONLY SUBMIT THE FORM ONCE.</strong></p><p><em>*Please note that these tickets are solely for attending the Presidential and Vice-Presidential Swearing-In Ceremonies. This does not include access to any of the inaugural balls or other ancillary events. Tickets to the inaugural balls are provided through the Presidential Inaugural Committee in consultation with the President-Elect. Congresswoman Kelly’s office also does not receive seated tickets to the Inaugural Parade following the swearing-in.
