Mr. OLSZEWSKI. Mr. Speaker, I rise to remember the six men who lost their lives and to commend the first responders whose courage prevented even greater tragedy when the Francis Scott Key Bridge collapsed exactly 2 years ago. I grew up in the shadow of that bridge. Our entire community still feels the profound loss of our cathedral in the sky. Thanks to the efforts of Team Maryland and partnerships at the Federal, State, and local levels, the shipping channel has been cleared, the Port of Baltimore is again thriving, and funding for a new bridge is established law. However, we must keep going. The Key Bridge's absence is still deeply felt every day. Rebuilding it as quickly as possible is an American priority, and we must do everything we can to make it happen. Today, as we remember the souls lost and the heroism of that day, let us also recommit ourselves to the Key Bridge project with the speed, focus, and resolve this moment demands. ____________________
