Mr. WYDEN submitted an amendment intended to be proposed by him to the bill S. 1383, to establish the Veterans Advisory Committee on Equal Access, and for other purposes; which was ordered to lie on the table; as follows: At the appropriate place, insert the following: SEC. __. TERMINATION OF CERTAIN DUTIES PROCLAIMED BY PRESIDENT. On and after the date of the enactment of this Act, no duties proclaimed by the President in Proclamation 11012 (91 Fed. Reg. 9339) pursuant to the authority provided by section 122 of the Trade Act of 1974 (19 U.S.C. 2132) shall have any force or effect. ______
