Interns will receive a monthly stipend. </span><span>&nbsp;</span></p></div><div class="OutlineElement Ltr SCXW116098660 BCX0"><p class="Paragraph SCXW116098660 BCX0"><span lang="EN-US" dir="ltr">The D.C.
