INCREASE IN CORPORATE TAX RATE. (a) In General.--Section 11(b) is amended by striking ``21 percent'' and inserting ``23.8 percent''. (b) Effective Date.--The amendment made by this section shall apply to taxable years beginning after the date of the enactment of this Act. ______
