In June, the Social Security Administration sent me a letter stating the partial payments I had received were deemed over-payments because they had recalculated my retirement date. Knowing that this was not true, I filed for reconsideration and reached out to your office. I was just notified that my reconsideration was approved and a claim authorizer will adjust my record. The overpayment will be removed and any deductions will be refunded.
