Washington, D.C. — U.S. Senators Ted Budd (R-N.C.) and Amy Klobuchar (D-Minn.), co-chairs of the Senate Next Generation 9-1-1 Caucus and members of the Senate Commerce, Science, and Transportation Committee, were joined by Senator Catherine Cortez Masto (D-Nev.) in introducing the bipartisan Next Generation 9-1-1 Act to accelerate federal efforts to modernize our nation’s outdated 9-1-1 systems.
