This bill sacrifices our constitutional rights in the name of ‘safety.’”</p> <p>The executive branch has politicized FISA and weaponized federal intelligence agencies to target Americans. The FBI alone has violated the 4th Amendment with over 278,000 improper searches and over 3.4 million warrantless searches into Americans' private communications.</p> <p>“We cannot rationalize away the U.S. Constitution.
