Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that when the Senate completes its business today, it adjourn to then convene for pro forma session only, with no business being conducted on the following dates and times: Monday, March 30 at 10:30 a.m.; Thursday, April 2 at 7 a.m.; Monday, April 6 at 1 p.m.; Thursday, April 9 at 12 noon; further, that when the Senate adjourns on Thursday, April 9, it stand adjourned until 3 p.m. on Monday, April 13; that following the prayer and pledge, the morning hour be deemed expired, the Journal of proceedings be approved to date, the time for the two leaders be reserved for their use later in the day, morning business be closed, and the Senate proceed to executive session and resume consideration of Executive Calendar No. 672, John Shepherd; finally, that the cloture motions filed on Friday, March 27, ripen at 5:30 p.m. The PRESIDING OFFICER.
