EXEMPTION FROM BALANCE-OF-PAYMENTS DUTIES FOR IMPORTS OF COFFEE. No duty imposed under section 122 of the Trade Act of 1974 (19 U.S.C. 2132) shall apply with respect to imports of coffee. ______
