Congressional Record, Volume 172 Issue 57 (Thursday, March 26, 2026) [Congressional Record Volume 172, Number 57 (Thursday, March 26, 2026)] [Extensions of Remarks] [Page E273] From the Congressional Record Online through the Government Publishing Office [ www.gpo.gov ] RECOGNIZING MASTER SERGEANT ARMEL LOVELL ______ HON. SCOTT PERRY of pennsylvania in the house of representatives Thursday, March 26, 2026 Mr. PERRY. Mr. Speaker, I rise today to recognize Master Sergeant Armel Lovell upon the auspicious occasion of his retirement from the Pennsylvania Air National Guard after 23 years of selfless service. Master Sergeant Lovell served his entire career in 211th Engineering Installation Squadron. Some of his myriad job responsibilities within Cyber Transport Systems included deploying, sustaining, troubleshooting, and repairing standard voice, data and video network infrastructure systems, IP detection systems, and cryptographic equipment. Additionally, he managed devices and systems with the most current software tools and implemented and maintained all aspects of network systems, cryptographic equipment, and video services using technical data, voltage, waveform measurements, and block diagrams. At the time of his retirement, Master Sergeant Lovell served as the Non-Commissioned Officer in Charge of the Cyber Transport Unit. His work protecting and strengthening the Air Force's communications network helped keep his fellow Airmen and our Nation safe. Mr. Speaker, I am proud to recognize, commend, and congratulate Master Sergeant Armel Lovell on his retirement upon more than 23 years of selfless service in the Pennsylvania Air National Guard, and on a job extremely well done. His dedication, professionalism, and tireless devotion are a great credit to himself, his fellow Airmen, the Pennsylvania National Guard, the United States Air Force, and the United States of America. ____________________
