HONORING THE LIFE OF KANSAS CITY, KANSAS POLICE OFFICER HUNTER SIMONCIC

Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that the Committee on the Judiciary be discharged and the Senate proceed to the immediate consideration of the following resolutions, en bloc: S. Res. 372, for Officer Hunter Simoncic, who was killed in the line of duty on August 26, 2025, and S. Res. 425 for Officer Scott Heimann, who was killed in the line of duty on September 27, 2025. There being no objection, the committee was discharged of the relevant resolutions, and the Senate proceeded to consider the resolutions en bloc. Mr. MORAN. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that the resolutions be agreed to, the preambles be agreed to, and that the motions to reconsider be considered made and laid upon the table all en bloc. The PRESIDING OFFICER. Without objection, it is so ordered. The resolutions were agreed to. The preambles were agreed to. (The resolution (S. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent to waive the mandatory quorum calls in relationship to the Senate amendment No. 4421 and the Schumer motion to suspend rule 25. The PRESIDING OFFICER.
