SETH MAGAZINER of rhode island in the house of representatives Monday, March 2, 2026 Mr. MAGAZINER. Mr. Speaker, on February 24, 2026, a historic blizzard and flight cancellations prevented me from making it to Washington, D.C. in time to vote in support of the ROTOR Act. Had I been present, I would have voted YEA on Roll Call No. 72, S. 2503--ROTOR Act. ____________________
