Mr. COONS submitted an amendment intended to be proposed by him to the bill S. 1383, to establish the Veterans Advisory Committee on Equal Access, and for other purposes; which was ordered to lie on the table; as follows: At the end of the bill, add the following: SEC. 4. PROHIBITION AGAINST POSTING ICE OFFICERS AND AGENTS AT POLLING PLACES. Consistent with the prohibition described in section 592 of title 18, United States Code, no Federal funds may be used to post any U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement officer or agent at or near any polling place in any State while a general or special election is being held. ______
