<span>Statement for the Record on H.R. 6703</span> <div class="evo-article__body"><div class="WordSection1"><p><span>Mr. Speaker, I rise to voice my opposition to H.R. 6703, the so-called </span><em><span>Lower Health Care Premiums for All Americans Act</span></em><span>.
