The tax credits are often the only thing that allow millions of Americans to afford a doctor’s visit, care after an accident, or prescriptions for their kids.</p><p class="p2">Without these tax credits, more than 29,000 constituents across our district in Southeastern Massachusetts will be forced to pay up to $15,000 more for their health care premiums.&nbsp;</p><p class="p2">Our community cannot afford this extreme price hike on health care. Democrats in Congress are working hard to permanently extend these tax credits so American families will not have to worry about paying more than twice as much for their health care.&nbsp;</p><p class="p2"><strong>Many people in our district have already begun receiving notices of their insurance rates going up.
