Mr. SCHIFF submitted an amendment intended to be proposed by him to the bill S. 1383, to establish the Veterans Advisory Committee on Equal Access, and for other purposes; which was ordered to lie on the table; as follows: At the appropriate place, insert the following: SEC. _____. REPORT. Not later than 90 days after the date of enactment of this Act, and every 180 days thereafter, the Attorney General shall submit to the Committee on the Judiciary of the Senate and the Committee on the Judiciary of the House of Representatives a report that includes the number of no bills returned by Federal grand juries by district and listing the statutory reference of each criminal offense charged and declined. ______
