REQUIREMENTS FOR IDENTIFICATIONS ISSUED BY TRIBAL GOVERNMENTS. Section 303A(c)(5) of the Help America Vote Act of 2002, as added by this Act, is amended by striking ``that includes a photo of the individual and an expiration date''. ______
