The challenge aims to encourage middle and high school students to learn coding and explore careers in computer science. It invites students from districts nationwide to create and submit original apps, which can earn them the chance to have their app displayed in the U.S. Capitol for one year. This challenge inspires students to explore the world of STEM, actively engage underrepresented communities in tech, and help Congress members connect with emerging technologies. The challenge is a fantastic way to foster innovation and empower the next generation of developers.</p><h2><strong><u>Eligibility</u></strong></h2><ul><li><span>Can compete in the Congressional District in which they LIVE IN or ATTEND SCHOOL in.</span></li><li><span>Students can participate in teams of up to FOUR students.</span><ul><li><span>50% of the students must either LIVE IN or ATTEND SCHOOL in the district.</span></li></ul></li><li><span>Age: students must be enrolled in Middle or High School by the October 30th, 2026 deadline.
