SENSE OF THE SENATE RECOGNIZING THE OUTCOME OF THE 2020 PRESIDENTIAL ELECTION. It is the sense of the Senate that-- (1) Joseph R. Biden was duly elected President of the United States in the 2020 presidential election; and (2) Donald J. Trump lost the 2020 presidential election. ______
