Mr. President, I support the measure offered by Senator Murray to appropriate funds for the Transportation Security Administration, the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency, and other Agencies within the Department of Homeland Security. I regret that this measure was blocked by the Senator from Alabama and urge the Senate to pass the measure. ____________________
