WAIVER OF 60-DAY NOTICE REQUIREMENT FOR THE POSTHUMOUS HONORARY PROMOTION OF CAPTAIN CODY KHORK, UNITED STATES ARMY. The 60-day notice requirement under section 1563a(b) of title 10, United States Code, is hereby waived for the purpose of the posthumous honorary promotion of Captain Cody Khork, United States Army, to the rank of major.
