EXEMPTION FROM BALANCE-OF-PAYMENTS DUTIES FOR IMPORTS FROM CANADA. No duty imposed under section 122 of the Trade Act of 1974 (19 U.S.C. 2132) shall apply with respect to any article imported from Canada. ______
